Leads high-visibility oncology Cancer Care Value Programs as the primary executive customer partner. Oversees enterprise strategy, multi-year roadmaps, governance, benefit realization, KPIs, cross-functional delivery, change management, financial alignment, risk mitigation, and sustained operational outcomes. Builds C-suite relationships, manages escalations, aligns internal teams, and ensures long-term clinical, operational, and financial value across complex healthcare partnerships.

Optimizes inventory, costs, freight, supplier performance, and customer service through metrics, sourcing strategies, process improvements, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Supports new product introductions, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and standardization of supply chain processes.

Leads the nonprofit’s finance function, including accounting operations, payroll oversight, financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, grants, restricted funds, audits, Form 990 support, and internal controls. Supervises a Staff Accountant and partners with organizational leaders, auditors, funders, and the Finance Committee. The role also improves finance processes, reporting tools, budgeting, compliance, and financial decision-making while translating complex financial information into actionable insights.

Translates business and system needs into detailed requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams. Gathers and prioritizes stakeholder requirements, analyzes impacts and dependencies across integrated systems, facilitates workshops and Agile ceremonies, maintains documentation, and supports QA validation. Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and IT teams while working with APIs, event-driven architectures, authentication systems, integrations, and configuration-driven solutions.

Processes biweekly payroll, verifies timesheets, submits payroll data through Paylocity, and reconciles payroll expenses, taxes, benefits, and 401(k) contributions. Imports payroll information into accounting systems, posts and reconciles general ledger accounts, reviews tax reports, handles reimbursements, provides 401(k) reports, and responds professionally to employee payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Leads architecture and development of scalable, high-performance React front-end applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS. Integrates interfaces with .NET APIs, establishes coding, accessibility, security, and performance standards, mentors developers, reviews code, troubleshoots complex UI issues, and supports CI/CD, deployments, vulnerability remediation, and modernization efforts.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, data pipelines, workflows, and scripts that automate customer data ingestion and validation. Develop distributed data platform systems integrating ad networks, warehouses, and partner tools; contribute to AI services; collaborate with Customer Success on customer data models; and participate in on-call support.
