Serve as the primary student contact for financial aid and student accounts: answer calls/emails, resolve billing and payment questions, explain federal guidelines, document interactions in the CRM, escalate priority issues, and collaborate with enrollment staff to support student retention and compliance.

Lead and manage IS application teams supporting large-scale ERP and related systems across the health system. Own application lifecycle, deployments, operations, process standardization, change management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver reliable enterprise application services.

Manage surplus lines documentation and filings, support branch offices and accounting, assist internal/external audits, complete state surplus lines tax returns, maintain policy filing systems, liaise with underwriting and brokerage, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in training.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for telephony, digital bots, API integrations, and core banking configurations. Triage tickets, perform limited overnight deployments, collaborate with Implementation, Engineering, and Customer Success, and contribute to internal documentation and SOPs.

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM (Core HR, Position Management, ePerformance). Elicit and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, test planning/execution, PUM/PeopleTools upgrade research, workflow (AWE) configuration, troubleshooting, and mentor analysts. Create FRDs, test scripts, business process models, and production protocols while collaborating with technical teams on batch/jobs and resolving production issues.

Provide first- and second-level production support for Maven clients: troubleshoot Java/J2EE applications, resolve tickets, perform builds, migrations, code reviews, security scans, and coordinate with engineering, QA, and clients to meet SLAs.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Intermedia cloud communications: handle phone queue, troubleshoot telephony and network issues, work with carriers and vendors, document and improve KB and processes, prepare incident reports, monitor systems, participate in on-call rotation and project work to ensure customer satisfaction.
