Oversee export compliance activities, develop procedures, maintain records, collaborate with stakeholders on export classifications, and provide training on compliance matters.

Manage and mentor a team of technical support engineers for a cloud security SaaS product. Own team performance, hiring/onboarding, escalations, incident coordination with engineering, and knowledge-base content. Drive automation and AI-powered tooling to scale support, troubleshoot Kubernetes/cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with Customer Success on customer-impacting issues.

Responsible for managing external partnerships, leading supplier selection and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with performance metrics. Also handles grievances and training for vendors.

Manage day-to-day execution of digital product and service enablement: plan and deliver training, create and maintain enablement content and SOPs, run support operations analytics, manage project plans for system rollouts, and partner with Data & Technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
