As a CPC Processor Customer Support, you'll manage medical record requests, handle calls, and document information using multiple platforms in a high-volume call center environment.

Prospect new accounts, present solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with production for fulfillment, and maintain sales records while traveling daily within the territory.

Greet and assist customers, answer and route phone calls, communicate inquiries to staff, coordinate mail pick-up/delivery, and perform clerical duties to support daily dealership operations.
