FastTrack is an intensive, selective 8-week online program preparing developers to contribute on professional teams. Participants deepen backend and frontend skills—Java, Spring, REST, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Git—practice testing, full-stack development, Agile workflows, and learn to use generative AI responsibly. Expect hands-on projects, technical assessments, collaboration, and 25–30 hours per week commitment; prior programming experience required.

Build end-to-end user features under senior guidance: implement REST endpoints in Node.js/TypeScript, microservices in Python, maintain PostgreSQL schemas, process background jobs with QStash/Upstash, deploy to Cloudflare Workers/Pages/R2, write tests, and collaborate with product/design on React UI components.

Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to qualify leads, manage a territory and pipeline, deliver online product presentations, document activity in HubSpot, and consistently meet quota while providing excellent service to prospects.

Work with sales and cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements and site constraints into validated technical solutions, develop proposals, lead supplier engagements, and support installation and commissioning planning.

Build and manage relationships with personal-injury law firms to promote MoveDocs and Oasis Financial products, provide training and support, schedule meetings, coordinate plaintiff services, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to grow platform usage and funding opportunities.

Provide remote customer support and travel planning: research and book vacations, cruises, events, and accommodations; recommend destinations; coordinate travel arrangements; and build client relationships to encourage repeat business.
