The Technical Account Manager will support enterprise customers, optimize cloud file data platform use, and ensure customer success through technical guidance and collaboration with engineers.

Own the post-sale customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, value realization, account health, churn prevention, renewals, and retention. Lead customer trainings, manage integrations and configurations, identify risks, negotiate renewals, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and RevOps to improve customer outcomes and operational processes.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) phone and email support to policyholders and agents: answer/return calls, resolve complaints, process requests, scan/index documents to OnBase, mail outgoing correspondence, monitor fraud trends, assist investigations, complete assigned projects, and participate in ongoing product/process training.

Serve as a strategic advisor to physician and healthcare practice owners on accounting, tax, financial performance, profitability, compensation, cash flow, and operational strategy. Build executive client relationships, mentor internal teams, support growth and scalable advisory processes, and participate in business development and proposals.

Own enterprise customer relationships from implementation through ongoing value realization. Lead data connector and platform configuration projects, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage account health and risks, conduct QBRs and EBRs, support adoption and renewals, and maintain trusted client partnerships. The role also involves documentation, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and mentoring teammates.

Deliver live and virtual partner training using established materials, contribute to instructional content and self-paced assets, support cross-functional partners, build product knowledge of Ellevation's ELD solution, and travel to deliver in-person training. Focus on improving partner adoption, satisfaction, and retention through high-quality facilitation and continuous improvement.

Lead implementation and onboarding of private fund management software for private equity clients. Translate fund accounting, investment structures, and client requirements into business logic and product enhancements. Build relationships with CFOs and Controllers, plan rollouts, prioritize roadmap needs, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design and test complex fund structures.

Build and lead enablement programs for Customer Success and Implementation teams, including onboarding, product training, continuous learning, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows. Identify performance gaps, translate product updates into practical training, improve adoption of tools and processes, and establish feedback loops with Product, Support, Customer Education, and Product Marketing. The role supports stronger renewals, expansions, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency in a growing SaaS organization.

Provide front-line technical support to fintech/SaaS customers on the Pacific/Mountain time zones. Troubleshoot technical issues, interpret logs, escalate product feedback, and collaborate with Delivery, CS, Engineering, and Product teams to improve platform adoption and customer experience.

Manage strategic bank, credit union, and fintech accounts to drive adoption, onboarding, and product-driven fraud mitigation. Provide consultative guidance, set business goals, run trainings, share performance data, collaborate cross-functionally, support renewals, and travel to clients as needed.
