U.S. citizenship and an active DoD clearance are required, with clearance levels ranging from Secret to TS/SCI. Positions are contingent on contract award and may involve shift work.

Provide frontline technical support to providers and clients by managing ticket queues, meeting response SLAs, troubleshooting hardware and platform issues, maintaining technical FAQs, answering programmatic questions, escalating complex issues, and training new providers. The role requires strong communication, remote troubleshooting, ticketing-system expertise, platform knowledge, and familiarity with Jira. Preferred experience includes SQL Server, Salesforce, Chromebook support, Sentry, and Mixpanel.

Provides technical support for Relativity products by diagnosing software, network, SQL, and Windows issues. Manages customer tickets from creation through resolution, escalation, and documentation in Salesforce while meeting service-level agreements. Communicates with technical and non-technical customers by phone and email, collaborates across support teams, develops product expertise, and reports significant issues to management. The role works an evening Monday–Friday shift.

Provides frontline Tier 1 IT support to federal and DoD-aligned end users through phone, chat, and service portals. Responsibilities include password resets, account provisioning, MFA and SSO support, ticket triage, incident documentation, basic workstation and connectivity troubleshooting, ticket tracking, SLA adherence, and escalation to higher-tier teams. The role is fully remote and requires clear communication, adherence to SOPs, and an active Secret clearance supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.

Supervise daily Network Operations Center activities, including monitoring, incident response, ticket management, escalations, customer communications, and staff development. Lead major incident bridges, coordinate technical teams, maintain operational documentation, support service readiness, and improve monitoring and ticketing workflows. Serve as a subject matter expert in IPX, Sigtran, BGP, VPN, and network interconnect technologies while developing automation and training programs.

Supports and improves internal IT systems, resolves escalated support tickets, administers SaaS and endpoint-management tools, manages user access, and strengthens security practices. The role also maintains documentation, supports compliance audits, trains help desk staff, and identifies opportunities to automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and other repetitive workflows. This remote role requires ownership of systems projects and up to 15 travel days annually.

Administer and architect Jira-based outcome planning across Jira Premium, Atlassian Goals, and Jira Product Discovery. Responsibilities include redesigning hierarchy and workflows, modeling objectives and outcomes, developing cost visibility, configuring permissions and reporting, piloting solutions in a sandbox, planning migrations, documenting governance, and training product teams through a Planning Center of Excellence.

Support and configure Oracle ERP and RF Smart SaaS applications. Collaborate with IT teams, end users, and software vendors to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and resolve application issues. Participate in support and development activities while leading or assisting projects to maintain scope and timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of IT Business Solutions.
