Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets, create KB articles, assist users with reporting, accounting, permissions, and troubleshooting, track request trends, prepare metrics, and support project delivery and stakeholder communication.

Provide 24/7 technical support to clinicians and administrators via phone, chat, and portal. Assist with user account management, training, on-call schedule management, mobile/web troubleshooting, application configuration, and escalate complex issues to cross-functional teams.

Paid one-time remote participation in an English voice recording study. Selected participants complete a guided ~20–30 minute session from home using a compatible device, follow recording instructions, and submit recordings for quality review to support AI speech research.

Provide L1/L2 basis administration for 24x7 operations. Work in shifts to manage and operate customer applications, ensuring availability and incident response.

Provide first-line technical support for PointClickCare products: troubleshoot network, integration, API, and web application issues; document incidents and resolutions; collaborate on recurring problem fixes; use diagnostic and AI tools; and apply healthcare domain knowledge to support provider workflows and integrations.

Process and fulfill user access requests, provision and modify accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and support onboarding/offboarding. Work in a ticket-driven environment using ticketing systems, follow SLA-driven workflows and compliance requirements, document changes, and coordinate with IT and business teams.
