Assist Technical Instructor with hands-on IT training and classroom facilitation, lead study groups, monitor and support learner performance, enter learner data in LMS/Salesforce/Canvas, enforce program policies, and help maintain training equipment and materials.

Provide first-level technical support and production environment administration for SS&C SaaS applications.
