Install, configure, and support Epic client applications (Hyperspace, Interconnect, print services) across desktops, mobile, and virtual platforms. Monitor performance and security, troubleshoot issues, support Citrix/VMware environments, manage upgrades/patches, document configurations, participate in disaster recovery testing, and provide on-call production support while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Collects, organizes, monitors, and archives student academic records; performs data entry; processes student requests (transcripts, verifications, grade changes); verifies document validity; responds to student inquiries via phone and chat; ensures compliance with university policies and regulatory standards.
