The Solutions Engineer at SpryPoint is responsible for leading the technical sales process, creating tailored demos, and serving as a trusted advisor to utilities considering SaaS solutions for operational modernization.

Provide technical pre-sales solutioning and architecture for contact center technologies. Support sales to close deals through presentations, demos, prototypes, and POCs; assess client environments, document requirements, defend solution costs, and act as primary technical contact through implementation while collaborating with sales, development, and support teams.

Perform advanced, prospect-specific product demonstrations and lead pre-sales demo conversations (remote and in-person). Provide SME knowledge of banking and lending, maintain training materials, drive AI adoption in demos, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to tailor demo environments and enablement.

Own pre-sales technical engagement: consult customers, deliver technical presentations and demos (web, iOS, Android), lead POCs, support RFP/RFI responses, manage onboarding and integrations, and advise sales, product, and engineering teams on implementation and value realization.

Lead technical pre-sales activities for an AI-powered task mining platform: run demos, design and manage POCs, act as customer advocate to product and engineering, produce documentation and educational content, support BDRs, and drive account growth through trusted advisory and upsells.

Serve as technical SME supporting the sales process for mission-critical electrical systems: review specs and drawings, develop technical proposals and submittals, align pricing and materials with Estimating and Supply Chain, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, participate in customer meetings, support negotiations, and ensure accurate project handoffs and on-time bid submissions.

Serve as a technical pre-sales partner: run demos, build custom walkthroughs/prototypes, maintain demo environment, translate specs for customers, answer technical and implementation questions, draft RFP/security responses, create sales assets, and enable AEs/CSMs while relaying product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Provide pre-sales technical expertise for complex solutions: demos, rapid prototyping, and tailored design/implementation. Lead partner technical enablement, coordinate Red Hat resources, mentor junior architects, and run workshops and pilot projects to drive adoption.

The Sales Engineer will engage in pre-sales and post-sales efforts, demonstrating cybersecurity solutions to prospects and translating technical concepts for varied stakeholders. They will also refine sales materials and relay customer insights for product development.
