Develop and execute external communications and media relations to translate clinical and operational work into human-centered narratives. Create messaging frameworks, press materials, op-eds, and executive talking points; build journalist relationships across a multi-state footprint; support thought leadership, change communications, and cross-functional initiatives to elevate Aspire's reputation in human services and behavioral health.

Manage international withholding and treaty exemptions, respond to tax inquiries and audits, document tax policies and procedures, and serve as a campus tax resource to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

Develop AI solutions to accelerate hardware engineering: connect and structure HW data sources, automate design review material generation, build agentic workflows, produce forecasts and summaries, and support embedding intelligence into distributed physical systems.

Provide customer service and administrative support for warehouse operations: process inbound/outbound activity and reports, manage inventory controls and claims, assist training, support IT/system use and office functions, enforce safety/sanitation/compliance, and collaborate with supervisors to meet sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Manage and grow community engagement for families with children 0-18 months through one-on-one outreach, facilitated playgroups, events, partner coordination, and storytelling. Track participation in Blackbaud, assist with strategic planning, grant writing, marketing and reporting, monitor program expenses, and represent the program at community offerings and immersive experiences. Requires flexible schedule, local travel, and relationship-building to expand PJ Library participation and meaningful Jewish connections.

Provide high-impact administrative support to the VP of a global technical organization while driving digital enablement and AI adoption. Manage complex calendars, travel/visa logistics, meetings, onboarding, and action tracking. Implement automated workflows, Copilot/AI tools, and process improvements to increase efficiency and ensure timely execution across global teams.

Manage full AR cycle including invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, collections, AR aging, sales tax reporting, lien waivers, cross-team collaboration, audit support, and process improvement to maintain cash flow and compliance.

Create and maintain brand-consistent content across channels, manage digital asset and intranet systems, run Constant Contact email campaigns, train users, coordinate with agencies, track campaign performance, and support internal and external communications including press releases.
