Own strategy and go-to-market for ATG's Data, Design, and Construction services. Define ideal customers and target segments, build annual and quarterly initiatives, set KPIs, recommend new services, and equip sales with collateral, presentations, and case studies to drive services revenue through digital and in-person channels.

Review and prepare fiber optic construction projects for production by evaluating designs, identifying constructability issues, and coordinating engineering and field teams. Use IQGEO/Ocius-X/GIS to validate documentation, track project status, support design revisions, and ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, and schedule requirements. Provide technical feedback and communicate readiness, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Prepare and modify construction drawings and BIM models for MEP and seismic bracing systems using Revit and AutoCAD. Support coordination, QA reviews, documentation, and cross-team communication for commercial projects.

Manage and maintain accurate product catalog data across e-commerce platforms and CMS. Optimize titles, descriptions, images, metadata, and categorization for SEO and platform requirements. Audit listings, correct errors, analyze catalog performance, track competitor and category trends, and support taxonomy and attribute structures while collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams.

Process and monitor customer orders and invoices, reconcile proposals with purchase orders, coordinate project resource/product/financial plans, set up internal business systems, assemble final project reviews, and manage customer satisfaction and communications throughout project delivery.

Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle for construction projects: invoicing, AIA billing, collections, credit reviews, reconciliations, aging management, reporting, audits, process improvements, and supervise AR staff while collaborating with project teams and clients to resolve payment issues.

Lead design and implementation of agentic, LLM-powered risk platforms for market and credit risk. Architect end-to-end systems, build validation and testing pipelines, develop Python libraries and developer tooling, and collaborate across risk teams to automate regulatory workflows and submissions.

Perform financial analyses and valuation modeling for compensation engagements, gather and analyze data, conduct due diligence and market research, author reports, participate in meetings and site visits, and contribute to internal/external thought leadership.

Provide on-site B2B sales support by assisting fittings, promoting the CustomFit program, building customer relationships, resolving complaints, and collaborating with account and inside sales teams. Frequent travel and product advice for safety footwear are required.

Lead Americas partner ecosystem for Hexnode UEM: recruit, enable, and co-sell with VARs, MSPs, NSPs and distributors; build joint business plans; mentor channel managers; drive pipeline, co-marketing, forecasting, and close enterprise deals (1,000–10,000+ seats).
