Support OPERS' CISO to design and implement an Information Security Program and Security Awareness and Training Program; reorganize and align policies to NIST CSF; create policies, standards, procedures; conduct third-party and software development security assessments; establish policy exception and risk acceptance processes; develop and deliver role-based training and materials. Lead technical authority for OT and data-center network infrastructure: perform forensic RCA on telemetry blackouts, enforce network design and failover mandates, audit fleet OT cybersecurity hygiene, validate next-gen transport for AI cooling, and serve as Tier-3 escalation translating technical risk to executives.

Perform on-site inspections and technical analyses of water/wastewater equipment, generate reports with recommendations, develop aftermarket solutions and proposals, coordinate with sales reps and field service, and support training and relationship-building to drive parts, upgrades, and service opportunities.

Perform TEMPEST/EMSEC testing and signal analysis on cryptographic and COTS equipment, record and report results, identify and mitigate emanation vulnerabilities, work with vendors and project teams to verify test requirements (CTTA/NSITSSAM), and validate IASRD application while supporting onsite customer mission needs.

Design and deliver production FPGA solutions for chassis-to-wafer IO including RoCE v2/RDMA network interfaces, switching fabric, and serial IO. Develop RTL, produce bitstreams, optimize bandwidth and latency, debug large AI cluster networking, coordinate board bringup, and lead cross-functional projects with DV, embedded software, and architecture teams.
