Configure ERP, CRM, and financial modules; improve 3PL integrations; deploy code across environments; conduct code reviews; mentor junior developers; document technical designs; and collaborate with administrators, developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams using Agile practices.

Manage the full lifecycle of assigned eCommerce customer profiles, coordinating fulfillment, inventory, systems, and customer experience operations. Lead root-cause analysis, issue resolution, escalations, customer improvement plans, and cross-functional execution. Use dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting to provide data-driven recommendations, improve workflows, reduce errors, and maintain strong customer health.
