Provides Tier 2 technical support for internal users and managed services clients. Responsibilities include resolving escalated tickets, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, servers, mobile devices, meeting-room technology, and specialized IP-based systems. Conducts market analysis, builds relationships with healthcare referral sources, oversees clinical liaisons, coordinates outreach and marketing initiatives, tracks referral and conversion metrics, and reports results to hospital leadership. Requires daily travel within a designated territory and flexible scheduling for urgent needs, evaluations, meetings, evenings, and weekends.

Manages U.S. and foreign trademark docketing, including creating records, calendaring deadlines, reviewing prosecution and opposition matters, monitoring attorney dockets, auditing transfer files, and troubleshooting docketing issues. Lead reliability engineering for power electronics and battery products across the product lifecycle. Collaborate on hardware design, establish reliability targets, provide Design for Reliability inputs, and drive DFMEAs. Performs systems administration, troubleshooting, technical support, employee training, inventory management, backup and disaster recovery assistance, vulnerability analysis, and technology evaluations. Supports Active Directory, authentication systems, network equipment, firewalls, SANs, wireless devices, and hardware/software lifecycles while contributing to IT projects and maintaining secure, reliable technology operations across healthcare facilities.
