Build and operate backend services, internal data integrations, AI agents, and automation workflows that streamline Rogo’s internal operations and customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include integrating systems of record, deploying production services, creating reliable agent workflows with evaluations and guardrails, automating provisioning and onboarding, ensuring secure data handling, and measuring operational impact. The role requires autonomy, strong communication, backend engineering expertise, cloud deployment experience, SQL proficiency, and production experience with LLMs and third-party APIs.

Deliver end-to-end technical consulting for Wrike customers: design and implement integrations, lead enterprise data migrations, build API and iPaaS solutions, create automation and monitoring, produce technical documentation and runbooks, and enable adoption through training and knowledge transfer.

Own post-sale customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, business reviews, account health, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead customer kickoffs, drive use of Microsoft, AI, security, cloud, compliance, and managed IT services, and identify risks and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain CRM and account records, represent customer needs internally, and coordinate with delivery and sales teams. Compensation includes uncapped commission tied to renewals and expansion.

Manage inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, book demos, run outbound campaigns, support Account Executives, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with Marketing/Customer Success, and attend occasional conferences to generate pipeline and exceed targets.

Lead the end-to-end development and architecture of a commercial product for real customers. Own front-end, back-end, and infrastructure work; ship quickly and set engineering culture while collaborating with an LA-based, in-person team.

Build relationships with boat owners, source vessel inventory, generate and follow up on leads, manage consignment opportunities, and guide sellers through agreements and final sales. The role requires proactive outreach, CRM and online marketplace use, organized pipeline management, and responsive customer service while collaborating with buyers and dealership leadership.

Provides administrative support to program leadership: answering phones, maintaining records and calendars, processing mail, billing, accounts payable, petty cash, timesheets, office supplies, and safety/compliance tasks. Assists with reports, budgets, and client/personnel file maintenance.

Lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of high-impact demos for Intapp’s Celeste agentic AI platform. Build hands-on prototypes using agents, integrations, playbooks, scripts, and sample data; identify compelling business use cases; present keynote demos and webinars; record and distribute demo assets to sales and solutions teams; and collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and leadership to refine the product narrative.

Own the GoMining Platform’s technology strategy, architecture, roadmap, reliability, shared infrastructure, and engineering organization. Lead platform capabilities including authentication, authorization, integrations, analytics, user controls, and application infrastructure. Partner with product and executive leaders to align technical investments with business impact, while improving engineering velocity, resilience, and delivery. Hire and develop engineering leaders, establish operational excellence, and introduce AI-assisted workflows across engineering and operations.

Leads pricing strategy and execution for new business, renewals, price actions, and portfolio optimization. Evaluates customer, product, and contract economics; establishes pricing governance, controls, metrics, and approval processes; oversees contractual pricing execution and dispute resolution; and monitors financial performance. Partners with Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Legal, customers, and suppliers while presenting recommendations to executives. Manages and develops the pricing team and drives continuous process improvement.
