Provide remote and on-site IT support across the Raleigh-Durham area, troubleshooting hardware, software, servers, networks, and backups. Support Windows and macOS clients, Google Workspace, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tools, follow technical procedures for installations, maintain customer relationships, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Own end-to-end resolution of technical issues for Pendo's web and mobile products: triage, debug front-end and mobile SDKs, reproduce bugs, coordinate fixes with engineering, document knowledge, use AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, mentor peers, and improve processes while managing support metrics and customer outcomes.

Serve as SME for FIX connectivity, trade flows, and core applications; manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues across order routing and trade capture, support AWS/Kubernetes environments, perform root-cause analysis, automate improvements, and collaborate with brokers, traders, development, and infrastructure teams in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model.

Provide front-line technical product support, troubleshoot and escalate user issues, grow and manage product community, create and maintain Help Center and user education content, analyze user metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and support.

Provide L3 application production support and automation; develop scripts (Perl/Python/Bash), troubleshoot Oracle/PL-SQL applications, manage virtualization and virtual data center environments, and apply ITIL practices.

Provide senior-level Wintel systems administration and leadership for 24x7 production environments. Manage monitoring, incidents, patching, change and asset management, virtualization, Active Directory/Exchange, networking, security operations, and engineering governance. Mentor junior staff, meet SLAs, improve processes/tools, and deliver assigned project and operational work.

Provide phone, email, and WebEx technical support for Qualys products; diagnose networking, OS, and security issues; perform packet capture analysis, Splunk queries, database troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer incidents and maintain high customer satisfaction.
