Lead a local IT technical team to deliver and improve site IT infrastructure, services, and user experience. Manage service delivery, lifecycle, compliance (SOx/GxP), vendor contracts, and stakeholder relationships while driving adoption, service improvement, and project implementation aligned to global ETS standards.

Maintain and secure classified Linux systems across multiple networks: install/patch/manage servers, implement STIGs, support backups/recovery, monitor and resolve issues, document processes, and support authorization and security auditing while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders.

Administer, deploy, configure, maintain, monitor and report on the BizTalk SOA platform. Provide 3rd-tier support, triage issues with operations and development, and support during and off-hours.

Lead and stabilize mainframe production operations, handle incident escalation and complex job recovery, coordinate with system programmers and application teams, support change management and disaster recovery, and mentor junior operations staff while improving runbooks and operational processes.

Provide advanced technical support for Skydio UAS systems and private Cloud deployments: diagnose flight communication and data flow issues, troubleshoot networks (WiFi/cellular/ethernet), manage REST/API integrations, escalate and resolve integrations, and assist customers and internal teams to optimize operational reliability and privacy.
