Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, source and pipeline specialized technical candidates, screen and conduct structured interviews, manage candidates through ATS, craft job postings, represent the company at recruitment events, and support HR initiatives to improve hiring quality and candidate experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and data platform architecture. Own GRC activities across federal IT and cybersecurity programs: manage POA&M lifecycle, support FISMA and RMF/ATO processes, prepare audit readiness, track SLAs and availability metrics, produce operational reporting, identify control gaps, and support continuous monitoring and ATO sustainment.

Lead cross-functional marketing and operations strategy projects: generate hypotheses via analytics and benchmarking, plan and execute initiatives, align stakeholders, present executive-ready recommendations, and scale best practices to drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop. Partner with Finance and business units to gather requirements, automate recurring workflows, create reusable components, integrate with Microsoft services and third-party systems, document processes, and provide training and governance support.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities; reconcile high-volume payment flows (merchant fees, chargebacks, PayPal, payouts); maintain general ledger and intercompany eliminations; prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; produce US GAAP financial statements; build controls and scalable accounting processes; partner with FP&A; support auditors; evaluate accounting systems and grow the accounting team.
