Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of SaaS accounts, drive adoption and outcomes with technical sponsors, run and scale onboarding and lifecycle events, produce reusable enablement content, represent customers to Engineering and Product, and partner regionally to grow the business while keeping current on Honeycomb products.

Own day-to-day accounting for a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup: run month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconcile GL, manage revenue/billing, AP/AR, corporate card and payroll (Ramp, Rippling), ensure data integrity across Campfire, Salesforce and Replit, and drive systems, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies.

Maintain and refine the company financial model, produce scenario and ROI analyses, build KPI dashboards and board presentations, translate large datasets into management insights, support fundraising, and use AI tools to automate reporting and decision support.

Lead strategic relationships with FedRAMP federal accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor on Magnet products and FedRAMP controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, run executive business reviews, mitigate risk, and drive measurable customer outcomes and advocacy.

Serve as primary client contact for employer partners, managing a portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Advocate client needs internally, lead renewals and upsell initiatives, mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional engagement programs, leverage data to report on KPIs, and support strategic product and client initiatives. Occasional travel (~15%) required.

Review applications and product changes before release to ensure compliance and quality. Guide customers through implementation and adoption of Daxko products, own small-to-mid implementation projects, configure solutions, recommend best practices, deliver training and coaching, support post-launch adoption, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer value.

Own and build GTM systems and automations across HubSpot, Clay, and partner integrations. Design quote-to-cash flows, maintain AWS co-sell pipeline, create multi-system workflows, ensure data quality and reporting, prototype and iterate GTM infrastructure, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership.

Manage configuration control for IR&D projects, maintain baselines and documentation, coordinate engineering change notices, ensure compliance with company configuration management processes, and support cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/App Engine/Service Portal). Mentor developers, ensure security/compliance, build workflows, custom widgets, complex integrations, troubleshoot performance issues, and deliver solutions within Agile teams.
