The Senior Director will lead Operations Engineering for renewable projects, focusing on maximizing performance, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance.

Lead and scale Motorq's new business sales organization: own revenue targets, hire and coach Account Executives, build the sales playbook, manage pipeline and forecasting, align with marketing and cross-functional teams, attend customer meetings, and close key deals to drive predictable enterprise growth.
