Support multi-market commerce across North America, Europe, China, and Japan, establish scalable operating processes, and drive conversion, subscription adoption, retention, and reliable platform operations.

Owns the full lifecycle and roadmap for point-of-sale payment hardware, including proprietary and third-party terminals, accessories, device operating systems, and checkout experiences. Manages OEM/ODM and supplier relationships, product requirements, development and certification cycles, payments functionality, and business outcomes such as cost, margin, NPS, churn, and competitive performance.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, delivery, governance, and adoption of data and analytics products built on Snowflake and delivered through Power BI. Partners with engineering, analytics, governance, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, define data models, validate quality, coordinate dashboard releases, manage UAT, and improve data product performance, accessibility, and self-service analytics adoption.

Supports assigned product portfolios through product data maintenance, pricing coordination, LTA and quote management, supplier collaboration, sales support, reporting, and issue resolution. Maintains vendor part, MOQ, lead-time, pricing, and inventory information while monitoring product metrics and assisting with profitability, forecasting, marketing materials, and training. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the consumer shopping experience. Conduct customer discovery, define product metrics, partner with design and engineering, evaluate AI and ML opportunities, lead launches, and drive post-release adoption and iteration. The role requires strong product craft, data and technical fluency, experience shipping AI or ML features, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while serving complex B2B and marketplace users.

Own and manage defined supply-chain product areas and systems across lifecycle to deliver customer value, cost, quality, reliability, competitiveness, and timely market delivery. Partner with stakeholders to drive development agenda, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational processes while maintaining high attention to detail and sustainability.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for high-impact SaaS cybersecurity products. Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, customers, and executives to conduct discovery, define requirements, launch features, analyze metrics, and optimize outcomes. Mentor product teammates and influence cross-functional execution while applying technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, AI and LLM understanding, regulatory awareness, and customer advocacy.

Own the ecommerce product selection experience, including product detail pages, Quickview, product data, samples, search, and visualization. Develop strategy and roadmaps to improve conversion, average order value, and customer confidence. Lead cross-functional collaboration, experimentation, availability messaging, fulfillment experiences, SEO, analytics, and executive stakeholder alignment across multiple product initiatives.
