Own product roadmaps, lifecycle management, business cases, commercialization, customer engagement, and cross-functional development across engineering, operations, sales, manufacturing, and service teams. Support shuttle, AutoStore, and ultra-high-density storage technologies while aligning regional needs with global strategy, product readiness, profitability, and customer value.

The State Product Manager develops and manages state-specific business strategies for Personal Lines products, ensuring performance aligns with enterprise goals while collaborating across functions and handling regulatory compliance.

Owns partner insights, product requirements, competitive analysis, and systems integration for partner-facing SaaS capabilities. Gathers partner feedback, translates needs into prioritized requirements, and collaborates with Enterprise Technology on CRM, PRM, portal, workflow, reporting, and analytics integrations. Leads project planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage, stakeholder coordination, dashboards, and go-live validation. Own a product area end to end, from customer and business discovery through roadmap definition, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, QA, operations, and business teams to solve technically complex workflow and integration problems. Use data, customer insight, and product judgment to prioritize work, communicate tradeoffs, and make timely decisions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong written communication, technical curiosity, and ownership of outcomes.

Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and development of a Snowflake data clean room product. Partner with data science, data engineering, and external partners to define privacy-safe data sharing, matching, onboarding, interoperability, testing, and documentation. Translate technical and business needs into product requirements, improve scalability and usability, and support partner adoption across Snowflake, Amazon, and The Trade Desk ecosystems.

Owns the Finance data, integration, and reporting backlog for a PeopleSoft-to-Workday ERP modernization program. Translates Finance requirements into user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; leads roadmap prioritization, data governance, quality controls, UAT, reconciliation, cutover, and adoption. Partners with Finance stakeholders, ERP consultants, and Azure data engineers to develop trusted finance data products and reusable modernization patterns.

Supports product research, roadmap planning, requirements writing, feature tracking, product performance analysis, go-to-market activities, training materials, and sales enablement. Collaborates with customers, engineering, UX, data, marketing, and sales while learning the product lifecycle from concept through launch. The internship is paid, onsite in Orem, Utah, and runs from January through mid-August 2027.

Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, retention, and revenue for Tempo Workforce Intelligence, an AI-powered enterprise product. Lead customer discovery, experimentation, attribution and reporting, agent governance, benchmarking, integrations, instrumentation, and commercial planning. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated product decisions and measurable business outcomes.
