Lead development of the Fable Android app: design and build high-quality experiences, drive architecture and performance improvements, collaborate with product/design/QE, mentor engineers, improve code quality and release reliability, and own features from concept to release.

Support deal execution for platform and add-on acquisitions: evaluate opportunities, perform market research and diligence, build financial models and forecasts, prepare investment materials (IOIs, LOIs, memos), manage diligence workstreams and data rooms, coordinate advisors and stakeholders, and support negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoffs.

Manage a portfolio, build strategy with leadership, design donor engagement and stewardship, coordinate meetings and site visits, and represent the organization externally. Travel up to 25% for donor engagement and program visits.

Manage full-cycle order fulfillment (credit, sales orders, invoicing, A/R), purchasing and production. Interface with clients, vendors and partners; solve day-to-day problems. Supervise office, production and warehouse staff and handle administrative and operations management tasks.

Analyze purchasing opportunities and market trends to prevent stock outs and pricing losses. Collaborate with QC and sales, create purchase orders, produce regular reports, and support data-driven decision making.

Lead visual and brand design across digital, print, social, video, email and conference environments. Execute creative briefs, develop branding and spatial designs, produce marketing collateral and UX/UI prototypes, conduct user research and usability testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent, user-centered solutions.

Design and build scalable full-stack applications, develop front-end and back-end features, implement REST APIs, work with SQL/NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines, follow testing and Git workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Provide administrative and front-desk support at a behavioral health service site: scheduling, data entry, records preparation, filing, phone/customer service, billing support, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid/Medicare and HIPAA.
