Support customers post-implementation by managing account operations, billing inquiries and disputes, MACD orders, ticket escalations, and performance reviews. Monitor voice traffic and capacity, coordinate pricing/contract changes, run regular business reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction. Contribute to AI-driven dashboards and process improvements.

Lead paid acquisition and demand generation to improve LTV:CAC and inbound sales pipeline. Build experimentation roadmaps, improve funnel conversion, and deliver profitable, scalable growth for both self-serve and sales-led motions.
