Manage and optimize Maquiladora/IMMEX operations, ensure customs and trade compliance (NAFTA/USMCA), oversee C-TPAT certification, coordinate cross-border supply chain and vendors, prepare customs documentation, identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate trade risks, and report results to senior management.

Manage a high-volume business immigration caseload (PERM, I-140, N-400, I-485, I-765, I-131, etc.), draft and respond to petitions/RFEs, supervise paralegals, conduct detailed legal research, advise clients on strategy and eligibility, ensure immigration program compliance, and maintain accurate case records using web-based case management systems.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, and digital channels. Manage HubSpot-driven email and lead-nurturing programs, audience segmentation, and automation. Lead event and webinar logistics, promote thought leadership content, write marketing copy, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. Track and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement, lead generation, and client retention while ensuring compliance and data quality.
