Leads Scorpion’s revenue operations and analytics function, including revenue data architecture, reporting, forecasting, pipeline inspection, Salesforce administration, marketing operations, and AI enablement. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to improve revenue predictability, process efficiency, data quality, and retention insights. Responsibilities include creator recruiting, tiering, incentives, retention, training, funnel reporting, ROI analysis, people management, cross-functional coordination, escalations, automation, attribution, payment workflows, and playbook development. The role manages creator performance across GMV, content volume, conversion, and program economics while preparing operations for significant scale.
