Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for major Salesforce‑native product areas. Supports accounting operations across Americas and ANZ entities, including month-end and year-end close, accruals, prepaid expenses, reconciliations, management reporting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Collaborates with global finance and cross-functional teams, supports financial systems initiatives, and trains new finance team members. Requires strong US GAAP, accounting, sales tax, Excel, ERP, analytical, and communication skills.

Architect and build large-scale cloud-distributed backend systems and data pipelines. Design and maintain REST/gRPC APIs and scalable microservices on AWS using Kubernetes. Lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, ensure reliability, observability, security, and support both legacy and new cloud architectures for high-scale connectivity services.

Provides administrative and operational support for underwriting and insurance departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with Accounting and Product teams, following up on premium payments, issuing cancellation notices, providing loss runs, soliciting renewal applications, managing accounts receivable, reconciling payment discrepancies, completing compliance training, supporting customers and colleagues, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Manage and grow client accounts in the equipment rental space through inside and outside sales. Prospect, cold call, and close deals across an assigned territory (DMV), provide consultative rental solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline.

Perform B2B market and contact research to identify prospective companies and decision-makers, achieve daily lead-generation targets, gather executive contact information using tools and strategies, and support email prospecting and outreach efforts.
