Provides strategic legal counsel on healthcare transactions and complex commercial contracts. Responsibilities include supporting joint ventures, affiliations, divestitures, reorganizations, and M&A; drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements; managing legal and business risks; advising on healthcare regulatory compliance; and developing contracting templates, playbooks, and workflows. Represent Wilshire at conferences, due diligence meetings, platform events, and executive client engagements.
