Plans semiconductor production capacity, balances demand and supply, optimizes WIP, lead times, inventory, and safety stock, and analyzes multi-tier supply chain risks. Builds predictive models and dashboards, manages delivery plans, supports new product introduction ramps, and presents supply chain performance metrics to senior management. Collaborates with sourcing, engineering, finance, and logistics teams to improve productivity, fulfillment, and profitability.

Partners with business leaders on employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent assessment, organizational design, and manager capability. Coaches leaders through complex people issues, uses workforce and engagement data to guide decisions, supports organizational changes, and collaborates cross-functionally on talent, training, and HR initiatives. The role is remote on the East Coast with hybrid work during transition and requires up to 25% travel.

Processes invoices for equipment and rentals, tracks post-sale claims and Caterpillar PINS reports, prepares sales commission vouchers, and maintains deal packets and equipment records. Coordinates with sales, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely invoicing, claim recovery, audit compliance, and accurate filing. The role also supports process improvement, administrative tasks, training, safety meetings, and customer and coworker communications.
