Manage and improve physical security, safety, executive protection, special events, investigations and risk management programs at a client campus. Develop policies, post orders, reporting and metrics; coordinate with corporate safety and SIS teams; manage budgets, contracts, and incident response; and provide coverage and support across shifts.

Serve as the office receptionist and administrative assistant: greet visitors, manage multi-line phones, schedule and maintain calendars, process timesheets and data entry, prepare reports, coordinate shipping/receiving and vendor orders, maintain office supplies and filing, assist with travel arrangements and occasional pickup/delivery, and support general office operations.

Configure storage, networking, and CNI plugins; manage deployments with Rancher and GitOps via ArgoCD; collaborate with DevOps/infrastructure teams to test, tune, document, and support production-grade air-gapped edge environments.

Lead a small GTM engineering team to integrate and automate Sales and Marketing systems (Salesforce, Clay, Boomi, Salesloft). Build end-to-end workflows, deploy AI/ML and LLM-powered automations, maintain data pipelines and dashboards, ensure data hygiene, and drive GTM process execution from requirements through adoption.

Provide onsite administrative and front-desk support for Portland and Seattle offices, including greeting visitors, managing calendars, coordinating events and travel, handling mail/packages, maintaining supplies, onboarding support, expense reports, and general office operations while ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.

Develop and optimize ML/DL compiler technologies and runtimes for NVIDIA hardware to accelerate LLMs and other AI workloads. Design kernel and DSL solutions, build efficient attention runtimes, automate development flows with AI, and co-design systems with internal hardware and software teams.
