Drives revenue and asset growth for a wealth management region by supporting Financial Advisors through business planning, practice management coaching, product positioning, training, initiative rollout, and growth opportunity analysis. The role partners with product specialists and business leaders, leads advisor engagement programs, and executes strategic priorities to improve adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Develop and execute global strategic sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and contracts, negotiate pricing, reduce costs, assess supplier capabilities, mitigate supply risks, and support product development and launches. The role partners with engineering and cross-functional teams, drives procurement process improvements, analyzes markets and spend, and manages sourcing activities across international suppliers. Supports stormwater infrastructure and urban watershed planning, including green stormwater infrastructure, regional treatment, municipal stormwater programs, NPDES compliance, climate vulnerability assessments, and adaptation planning. Produces technical documents, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and reports; coordinates with agencies and partners; and facilitates workshops, meetings, and trainings. Collaborates with engineers, scientists, landscape architects, planners, and GIS analysts on sustainable water-quality and ecosystem-health projects.

Provides end-to-end account and relationship support for customers, including order entry, inquiries, accounts receivable support, issue resolution, customer communication, and upsell identification. Builds customer relationships, gathers feedback, recommends improvements, coordinates with sales, marketing, and product teams, and manages customer-specific deliverables. Participates in customer visits, trade shows, and events. Requires three to five years of relevant customer service, customer experience, or customer success experience.

Lead and manage R&D tax credit engagements including client interviews, data review, technical reporting, and coordination of project teams. Support delivery of multiple simultaneous projects, provide technical and compliance research, and build client relationships and business development within federal tax strategies.

Plans and analyzes engineering workforce capacity, demand, utilization, skills, certifications, and readiness. Coordinates resource allocation recommendations, identifies staffing and skill gaps, develops forecasts and reporting, and improves workforce planning processes. Partners with engineering, sales, project management, service delivery, and leadership teams to support hiring, training, cross-functional development, and customer delivery decisions without directly managing personnel or project schedules.

Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, serving as the primary contact for Boards, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include preparing for Board meetings, managing budgets, coordinating vendor contracts and maintenance projects, conducting property inspections, overseeing compliance programs, resolving inquiries, and managing competing deadlines. The role requires after-hours coverage and occasional evening meetings.

Lead customer implementation and integration of quantum control solutions, provide technical guidance, manage customer relationships, translate requirements into technical solutions, and support quantum computing research objectives. Collaborate with R&D to improve product delivery and help customers adopt and continuously use Quantum Machines’ hardware and software.

Supervise daily site services operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, inventory and logistics coordination, vendor management, client communication, safety, quality, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manage direct reports through performance reviews, development, hiring support, and employee relations processes. Analyze operational metrics, lead root-cause investigations and CAPA activities, support workforce planning and budgets, and serve as the operational escalation point for client and site issues.

Perform detailed physical design and layout analysis of AI/datacenter ICs (GPUs, CPUs, accelerators). Read floorplans, standard-cell fabrics, analog blocks, and packaging; run teardown and characterization workflows; interpret layout trade-offs, DTCO/STCO interactions, and infer architecture from die imagery. Co-author technical research and expand lab capabilities.
