Provide technical phone support and training for FA2 and Prosoft, build AI agents/chatbots using RAG, identify revenue opportunities, report progress to the Manager, and apply payroll/AP/accounting knowledge where relevant. Provide advanced technical support for Skydio UAS systems and private Cloud deployments: diagnose flight communication and data flow issues, troubleshoot networks (WiFi/cellular/ethernet), manage REST/API integrations, escalate and resolve integrations, and assist customers and internal teams to optimize operational reliability and privacy.
