Maintain content calendars, perform light editing/proofreading, compile analytics snapshots, and ensure timely delivery across editorial and client campaigns.

Maintain and secure the organization's WordPress site: monitor uptime and performance, update plugins, moderate comments and forums, upload and format blog posts with Elementor, manage page layouts/navigation, create or update pages, ensure responsive display, and coordinate with writers and leadership. Volunteer role requiring consistent communication and about five to ten hours per week.

Provide technical support and end-to-end case management for GE Vernova Monitoring & Diagnostics devices. Troubleshoot and reproduce issues, coordinate with product teams, recommend repairs/upgrades, maintain records in CRM/ERP/quality tools, own tier 3–4 escalations, produce customer case summaries and metrics, and support after-hours/on-call customer needs.
