Oversee and manage ramp operations including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround; supervise ramp agents; coordinate ground support equipment and resources; enforce safety and regulatory compliance; communicate with flight crews and departments; monitor performance and produce operational and safety reports.

Supervise a team of Advisor Support phone agents serving financial professionals. Coach, set goals, provide real-time floor support, resolve complex inquiries (money movement, account maintenance, new accounts), maintain quality and productivity, and drive advisor satisfaction while adapting to changing business needs.

Lead and scale a multi-channel Customer Experience team (email, live chat, phone), launching new channels and driving SLAs, quality, staffing, coaching, and reporting. Troubleshoot escalations, use data and AI/automation to improve workflows, surface product issues, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable support in a fast-moving SaaS/fintech scale-up.

Provide customer service to walk-in and phone customers, process sales/orders/payments, manage inventory and purchase orders, coordinate shipments, maintain records, support outside sales, and assist with daily office operations and bi-annual inventory counts.

On-site IT Support Specialist providing concierge-level desktop and VIP support at Gilbert HQ. Manage device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, and Linux, Intune enrollments, Entra ID/Microsoft 365 provisioning, AV/video conferencing, and security incident triage.
