The Senior Revenue Operations Manager designs and optimizes the revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Product, focusing on strategic growth and efficiency. This role involves data-driven decision-making, improving operational workflows, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Provides first-line technical support for Hivemind software customers and field teams. The role collects evidence, analyzes logs and telemetry, triages software, deployment, configuration, API, licensing, and integration issues, routes cases to engineering or support owners, communicates customer updates, validates issues in lab or simulation environments, and creates troubleshooting documentation and knowledge-base content. It also supports releases, onboarding, deployment handoffs, and supportability metrics.

Lead RevOps for B2B growth: translate goals into forecasts, models, incentives, and dashboards. Partner with Sales to analyze funnel performance, reconcile top-down and bottom-up forecasts, run pipeline reviews, and improve coverage, capacity, and data quality using spreadsheets, CRM data, and BI tools.

Lead the commissions function end-to-end: plan design, quota support, calculation and payout, CaptivateIQ administration, reporting, dispute resolution, and scaling processes and team to align incentives with company GTM and pricing evolution.
