Builds executive reference networks, partners with sales and health economics teams, and drives adoption through customer engagement, value messaging, and coordinated go-to-market programs.

Monitor and maintain public, government, and enterprise cloud environments across fixed four-day, 10-hour shifts with weekend coverage. Investigate alerts, application logs, incidents, infrastructure issues, and operational requests; perform deployments and maintenance; coordinate escalations; document procedures and runbooks; identify recurring problems; and implement automation to improve cloud reliability, availability, and operational consistency.

Own the technology strategy and roadmap for centralized property services.
