Own and optimize Daxko's HubSpot environment and MarTech stack, lead integrations (Salesforce, CDP, BI, paid media), maintain tracking and automation hygiene, support ABM infrastructure, run testing and analytics, evaluate marketing technologies, and create documentation and enablement for the marketing team.

Own organic social and community for the US: plan, create, publish, and manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Group content and conversations. Run creator/influencer campaigns, manage lifecycle and community email segmentation and flows, energize Group Leaders, produce on-camera short-form content, and report on audience growth, engagement, email performance, and creator ROI to drive bookings.

Provide in-house legal counsel across commercial contracts, data privacy and AI compliance, IP and licensing, employment matters, corporate governance, M&A support, and legal ops for a global AI-native SaaS company.

Perform reconciliations, analyze and resolve transaction variances, manage bank information, process EFT agreements, assist customers, maintain documentation, and support system testing and CMS-compliant procedures.
