Analyze financial statements and market data to generate insights, models, and reports supporting sales and strategy. Prepare presentations and pitch books, research industry and market trends, and support targeting and product identification for member institutions while collaborating across teams.

Support institutional investment advice by analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring managers, producing client reports, coordinating projects and meetings, conducting manager searches, and assisting with asset allocation and investment policy analysis.

Support monthly flash, invoicing, and P&L reporting for Health, Life, and P&C practices. Create and send invoices, track WIP and collections, produce monthly metrics and ad-hoc reports, validate data feeds, and manage payment requests, refunds, and write-offs. Build Excel reports and streamline processes to improve financial reporting and analysis.

Perform wholesale, third-party and DTC billing into EDI systems; prepare month-end revenue and COGS entries per GAAP; manage reconciliations and close checklists; analyze variances; support audits and documentation; improve internal controls and maintain transaction integrity.

Supervise regulatory reporting and operational processes tied to SEC Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3. Ensure accuracy of capital and customer reserve calculations, analyze and produce filings (Short Interest, Portfolio Margining, FR2004, OFR NCCBR), manage operational regulatory risk, liaise with senior management and regulators, and develop junior team members.

Produce equity research on Fintech companies: build and maintain financial models and relative value frameworks; write earnings previews/recaps, initiation and thematic reports; engage clients and company management; coordinate investor events; mentor junior colleagues; ensure regulatory and firm-policy compliance.

Conduct fundamental equity research on Software sector companies: produce earnings previews/recaps, initiation and thematic reports; build and maintain financial models and relative value frameworks; support client inquiries and coordinate investor events; collaborate with senior analysts and mentor junior staff while adhering to compliance standards.
