The Vice President in Equity Capital Markets will lead transaction executions, manage teams, build client relationships, and support business development efforts.

Build, enhance, and own AXIS actuarial models for Individual Annuities supporting VM-22 valuation. Drive methodology decisions, model governance, and runtime optimization. Partner with valuation, pricing, FP&A, ALM, and investments to align assumptions and outputs. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you'll streamline financial accounting for venture capital firms, working cross-functionally and providing exceptional service while managing capital calls and financials.

The Staff Accountant will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely processing of vendor invoices and customer billing.

Lead and enhance the credit union's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program by monitoring transactions, investigating complex alerts, preparing SARs/CTRs/FinCEN filings, conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts, supporting audits/examinations, updating policies and training, and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen controls and mitigate financial crime risk.

Support the Treasurer by maintaining financial records, preparing board financial statements, developing and monitoring budgets, handling banking and tax filings, ensuring nonprofit compliance, overseeing grants and donations, and advising the board on financial policies and planning.

Lead and perform complex royalty audits, mentor and train franchise audit staff and interns, support audit planning and risk assessments, resolve audit issues with franchisees, identify trends and recommend process improvements, and contribute to departmental policies, documentation, and special projects.

Support monthly close and financial reporting by posting journal entries, reconciling ledgers and intercompany accounts, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements. Provide technical accounting support, audit coordination, tax and treasury support, process documentation, BlackLine and ERP system implementation assistance, and departmental variance analysis. Serve as subject matter expert and training resource while completing special projects and ensuring internal controls.

Perform end-to-end audits of franchise owners and related businesses to verify sales reporting and royalty payments. Review accounting records (financial statements, bank statements, tax returns), collect audit materials and monies, issue audit reports, teach proper bookkeeping, and communicate findings to franchise staff and corporate departments. Prepare status reports and participate in special projects.
