Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoicing, expense reports), month-end journal entries and financial statements; oversee office operations, vendor contracts, recruiting support, travel logistics, and general administrative tasks.

Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, perform variance analysis, prepare executive and board presentations, model ad hoc financial scenarios, mentor analysts, and partner with leadership to align financial performance with company strategy.

Support accurate and compliant financial operations across contract, commercial, and corporate lines: perform general ledger, AR, billing, reconciliations, revenue review, contract review, monthly reporting, budgeting, audit preparation, internal controls, and guide Accounting Specialists.

Prepare, organize, and securely store finance documents; enter financial data; send documents for electronic signatures; coordinate with lenders to finalize loans; assist customers by phone and scan completed deals to accounting.

Support month-end and year-end close processes under the Accounting Manager, including journal entries, reconciliations, GL maintenance, financial statement preparation, US GAAP compliance, audit support, process documentation, and cross-departmental reporting and improvements.

Lead billing operations including project setup in Microsoft SL, process complex invoices, maintain billing and backlog reports, reconcile AR/unbilled balances to the GL, coordinate with program staff, supervise the Billing Clerk, and ensure timely closeouts and quarterly finance reporting.
