Troubleshoot, test, and maintain application security. Create and support Tableau dashboards, reports, visualizations, and server or cloud deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and technical teams while assisting with development estimates and schedules.

Owns the vision, backlog, prioritization, delivery outcomes, and lifecycle of Salesforce-supported enterprise products. Translates stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leads Agile ceremonies; accepts completed work; and partners with engineering, architecture, data, QA, compliance, legal, audit, and health plan teams. Ensures solutions meet business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements while identifying risks, optimization opportunities, and automation improvements.

Processes vendor payments, invoices, compliance files, and resort documentation. Reviews estoppels to determine maintenance fee and tax obligations, updates internal systems, communicates with resort personnel, tracks file status, and performs follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely processing. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, data interpretation, computer proficiency, and independent time management in a remote environment.

Sell security, automation, and life-safety solutions to small businesses within a designated territory. Responsibilities include visiting customers, assessing business needs, customizing systems, explaining products, generating leads, closing sales, and conducting post-installation follow-ups. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, technology comfort, self-motivation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and use of a personal vehicle. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
