Join our growing Compliance team from the comfort of your home! As a Compliance Agent, you’ll review and organize resort documentation, process payments, and ensure accuracy across all compliance files. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys working independently in a remote environment.
What You’ll Do:Maintain and manage vendor dashboard payments.
Organize, schedule, and process invoices from owners and TCS.
Review and accurately move files through internal processing stages.
Provide timely status updates to the Compliance Supervisor.
Communicate with resort personnel via phone, fax, or email to request and verify Estoppels.
Review and interpret Estoppel documents to determine maintenance fee and tax obligations.
Update internal systems with accurate notes and data.
Conduct follow-up communications with resorts to ensure consistency.
Review and update released files as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in compliance, collections, or data processing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and online platforms.
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
$16.00 per hour starting pay
