Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to an executive: manage complex assignments, communications, scheduling, data interpretation, prioritize tasks, protect PHI, and collaborate across teams.

Manage meeting registrations, database and vendor relationships for Americas events. Support onsite registration, hotel and exhibitor coordination, travel/expense reconciliation, stakeholder communications, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of Annual and Specialty Meetings.

Provide hands-on and remote IT support for end-user devices, printers, networking, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile OS issues, assist with equipment procurement/disposal, deliver basic training, respond to user inquiries, and travel to sites in Tennessee as needed.

Lead and scale patient enrollment and engagement operations: own KPIs, optimize conversion across outreach, onboarding, and orientation, manage and develop the engagement team, improve workflows and automation with product and analytics, use Salesforce and data to monitor performance, and build retention and re-engagement pathways.
