Serve as the NYC office front-of-house contact, managing reception, visitor check-in, access badges, conference room scheduling, mail and deliveries, daily office upkeep, vendor coordination, and supporting workplace events and employee experience initiatives.

Localize, translate, copy-edit, fact-check, and adapt football-related content from English (US) into Ukrainian. Perform MT post-editing and quality control, research market-specific terminology and style, and provide feedback to ensure culturally accurate, audience-appropriate content.

Lead and scale Resolve AI's revenue operations by designing forecasting, territory, capacity, compensation, deal-desk, and GTM systems. Build revenue tech architecture, surface actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy, and deploy AI-native automation and agents. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to translate strategy into measurable pipeline, ARR targets, and operating cadence while hiring and developing the RevOps team.

Provide first-line customer and product support for AlphaSense’s platform via email, chat, and calls. Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate issues; drive documentation and training; partner with Product, Engineering, and SRE on incidents and feature feedback; own knowledge base updates and beta feature testing.

Serve as front-desk receptionist handling guest check-in/out, mail and package processing, meeting scheduling and logistics, vendor coordination, office supplies and facilities requests, and administrative support (data entry, filing). Support project leadership logistics and maintain confidentiality, with experience supporting large public-sector front-desk operations.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, travel (private and commercial), office operations, vendors, events, confidential information, and personal errands. Ensure flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, defense-sector environment and support executives with discretion, initiative, and strong communication.

The consultant will provide Hypercare and post-go-live support for enterprise applications, manage incident resolution, and collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
