Build and lead the revenue operations function: administer Salesforce and GTM systems, own forecasting and pipeline cadence, run deal desk and pricing operations, administer commissions and quota/territory work, maintain integrations between sales and finance, and support marketing ops until hired. Deliver immediate operational coverage and a 12-month RevOps roadmap while automating quote-to-cash processes and ensuring data hygiene.

Own end-to-end governance of Analog Devices' global samples program: establish policy controls, standardize processes, manage inventory to meet 98% in-stock KPI, drive automation and integrations, oversee daily operations and escalations, and provide analytics and ROI reporting to support sales and channel teams.

Support the COO by tracking cross-functional projects, maintaining timelines and dashboards, coordinating meetings and vendor/facilities logistics, assisting recruiting and onboarding, planning events, and building automation and lightweight tools to improve operations. Use AI and no-code tools to streamline workflows and take on ad hoc initiatives as priorities shift.

Lead the company's operational backbone across logistics, vendor and field deployments, recruiting ops, expense and bookkeeping coordination, facilities/shop management, process and tooling development, and ad-hoc support for business development and investor communications.
