As Founding RevOps, you'll own and design revenue infrastructure, including CRM, pipeline reporting, GTM tooling, and sales processes, ensuring effective cross-functional alignment.

Work directly with the CEO to build and scale claims operations: design data-driven processes, lead special projects, formalize hiring and workflows, and coordinate cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.
