Own end-to-end operations for B2B accounts and execute strategic growth projects. Build and implement a scalable operating model, hire and manage instructors, track financial and operational metrics, maintain client relationships, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, support campus expansion and facility projects, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while managing a ~$3M P&L.

Provide technical support for enterprise video management: troubleshoot/debug issues, write automation scripts, build and configure servers, test cameras and network hardware, create knowledge base content, and work directly with integrators and customers. May perform on-site troubleshooting and limited travel; collaborate with product teams to report bugs and improve products.

Provide front-desk and office management support at Entrust GHQ: greet visitors, manage physical access credentials and conference rooms, assist leadership and internal teams with administrative tasks, support Concur travel program, and help maintain office security and procedures. Fully onsite role focused on customer service and Microsoft Office tasks.

Supervise and support on-site clinical robot operations in hospital settings: monitor robots, collect data, troubleshoot, communicate with staff, manage scheduling, train associates, approve timecards, and ensure customer experience and safety.

Provide front-line technical product support, troubleshoot and escalate user issues, grow and manage product community, create and maintain Help Center and user education content, analyze user metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and support.

Lead and oversee all non-legal administrative operations including finance, accounting, HR, IT, facilities, and marketing. Manage budgeting, fiscal reporting, Executive Committee and Partnership meetings, policy formulation, strategic planning, and implementation of controls and management reports. Serve as liaison to managers and ensure effective administration across the firm.

Lead end-to-end pipeline health and predictability across Sales, Channel, SDR, and Marketing. Diagnose bottlenecks, run operating cadences, improve efficiency metrics (CAC, velocity, conversion), produce accurate forecasts, align GTM stakeholders, build measurement and attribution frameworks, and drive experimentation and automation to scale predictable revenue.

Provide welcoming front-desk support: greet visitors, answer phones, collect fees, perform data entry and recordkeeping, assist with program check-ins and building rentals, maintain organized reception area, collaborate with staff, support safety and continuous improvement, and represent the organization to the community.

Provide application configuration, troubleshooting, escalation, and end-user support for mortgage origination/acquisition systems. Monitor application health, write documentation, run ad-hoc database queries, collaborate with product owners and vendors, and prioritize multiple support requests to maintain system stability and performance.

Own end-to-end technical training for internal fleet technicians and customer operators of autonomous welding robots: design curricula, deliver hands-on instruction, build certification programs, measure adoption and outcomes, iterate with Engineering, and travel to customer sites to gather feedback and ensure uptime and safety.
