Build the Path Forward
At Path Robotics, we’re building the future of embodied intelligence. Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries. We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.
Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Enablement Training Manager to own our technical training strategy end-to-end. In this high-impact, individual-contributor role, you will build and deliver the curriculums that empower both our internal fleet technicians and customer operators to run, maintain, and get the absolute most out of our autonomous welding robots. You will serve as the crucial bridge between Engineering and the field, turning product innovations into real-world adoption, safety, and uptime.
What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain comprehensive training curriculums for internal fleet technicians (maintenance, troubleshooting, service) and customer operators (safe, efficient daily operation)
Partner closely with Engineering and Product to turn release notes, new features, and technical manuals into engaging, actionable field training
Travel up to 40% to customer sites and fleet locations to deliver hands-on training, gather field feedback, and evaluate curriculum effectiveness
Build scalable, repeatable training frameworks, certification programs, and refresher courses that grow alongside our fleet
Track and measure training outcomes, using data on feature adoption, certification completions, and support ticket trends to continuously optimize programs
Serve as the voice of the field back to Product and Engineering, highlighting friction points in tooling, documentation, or user experience
Maintain, version, and continuously update all training materials as our hardware and software rapidly evolve
Experienced: 4+ years in technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement—ideally within robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments
Program Builder: Proven ability to design and roll out technical training programs from scratch rather than just delivering pre-existing content
Technical Translator: Skilled at converting complex engineering documentation into intuitive, practical learning for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
Dynamic Facilitator: Exceptionally strong in-person instruction skills, equally comfortable on a busy shop floor or in a classroom setting
Field-Ready: Willing and able to travel 30%–40% to customer sites and fleet locations
Self-Directed: Comfortable acting as the single owner of the training function, setting priorities, and driving cross-functional projects independently
Bonus Points: Familiarity with LMS platforms, welding or manufacturing domain knowledge, or experience supporting both internal tech teams and external customers
Daily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the team
Flexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need it
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total)
