Manage site IT operations and a Deskside Support team, including executive support, incident and request resolution, SLA compliance, team performance, process improvement, documentation, budgeting, IT asset evaluation, and outsourced service oversight. Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues; support executive meetings and off-site events; develop IT strategies and roadmaps; and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Support team lead by analyzing business requirements and gaps, designing SAP SD/JIT/JIS solutions, implementing SAP configuration and basic ABAP, providing 1st–3rd level end-user support, testing and monitoring SD and JIT/JIS processes, coordinating roll-outs and enhancements, debugging/supporting ABAP developments, and maintaining documentation and process mappings.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations including server and virtualization administration, network and systems support, ITSM processes, compliance with IT general controls, and support for internal and external IT audits.

Provide hands-on installation, commissioning and support of IT end devices and systems (mobile devices, telephony, workstations, network clients, terminals, printers, SAP). Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic/test software, apply software/hardware fixes or escalate, document installations and hand over to users, and train users on device and software use per system management specifications.

Provide advanced end-user IT support, maintain day-to-day operations of internal applications and peripheral equipment, and may lead/direct other IT staff. Role requires more than five years of relevant experience supporting enterprise users and hardware.

Administer and support IT systems in an automotive manufacturing environment, including MES and ERP administration, network and device monitoring, firewalls and cybersecurity systems. Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco infrastructure, and VMware virtualization. Ensure reliable system operations and collaborate across teams to support production environments.

Coordinate administration and operation of company IT infrastructure: servers, shared resources, UPS and IDFs, monitoring, patching, firewalls, antivirus, backups, business continuity, technical support, asset and license management, governance, quality audits, and continuous improvement.
